Going Defense and still hurt some? Can a Tank help me out?
I was thinking about getting my Juggernaught - I've been playing vengeance since the very start - more into Tank-Mode. Maybe even dip in a bit on PvE content at some stage, and frankly - to me PvE DD is the Job for the ******* or relaxing people. I kind of like the ingame challenge. ^^
However I fail to do decent amounts of damage using This Spec.. Even running dailies takes... ages in comparison. I use Vette in both specs and while in Vengeance I jump in and destroy a group, tanked specced I throw, I charge in... smash the ones that stand close by. Crushing blow them, killing all non-strong enemies.... and then I go... slowly... killing... one... after... the... other. Running to the 2-3 Ranged that stood too far apart for smash... zzZZZzz. Quite often I don't even get hit enough to get Enough rage so I HAVE to use Enrage. Cooldown sais NO on second group.
Granted - they don't really hurt me... AT ALL. But not even smoothly wiping total trash groups like the mandatory "1 strong + 4 regs" is... well... it doesn't inspire confidence. I don't expect the same per-group-killspeed, but the cooldowns on the skills make me actually be A LOT slower overall than with vengeance. Actually the occasional elite or strong+elite are way easier with vengeance spec and do not slow me down at all. They just die so fast. With the tank... It takes absolute AGES to bring them down. At least double the time. AT LEAST! Quite often require me to reg afterwards.
So - not expecting bioware to have messed up that badly: It must be me.
What do I have to do to get a proper flow into the Immortal Juggernaught? Do I have to change my skills around? Watch a proc? Need mandatory minimum stat of something to 'get it smoothed'?
I'd be gratefull for pointers and want to experiment some more before saying "meh" and going back to veng. (I even tried 23:23:0.... total bummer. :P)
