Ways to make PvP improve

(These are just opinions to start off this thread that I have, feel free to argue/whine/complain/share your own opinions below, as I won't get triggered, unless you're reasoning is like "these suck kys." and you don't actually back up your reasons.)

1. Exclusive PvP Area. Give players an ability like Emergency Fleet Pass, but the ability can port them to a Exclusive PvP Area. This PvP area will absolutely only be pvp, and the pve world doesn't have anything to do with it. This PvP Area will serve as a boundary for Skill Changes/Stats (I'll get into that later)

2. In this Exclusive PvP area, make the QUE for Regular Warzones, and Ranked Warzones CROSS-SERVER. Nothing else needs to be explained.

3. For the love of god, as a veteran player who has played pvp since launch Lowbies and midbies the concept of them are so damn stupid. In this exclusive pvp area, make everyone leveled to max so everyone can participate in only ONE bracket of pvp.

4. Armor is purely cosmetic in this pvp area. You heard me right. Since RNG gearing is everyone's go to complaining, in this pvp area armor is purely cosmetic, and it doesn't affect any of your stats.

5. You might be asking how the hell are stats going to be determined if armor is only cosmetic. Simple, by your advanced class and discipline. You will have BASE stats according to the AC you choose, and the Discipline you choose. I will go more in-depth later but for now here is what I'm thinking (Shield/Absorb/Defense stats will ONLY BE EXCLUSIVE to Tank disciplines)
Heavy Armor Classes- 85k base health
Medium Armor Classes- 83k Base Health
Light Armor Classes- 80k Base Health
Tanks- 91k Base Health

6. PvP Gear back. Wait what? You just said gear was absolutely only cosmetic. That was armor I talked about, I didn't say relics/earpiece/implants. Your armor, mainhand, and offhand in this pvp area will all be purely cosmetic. But there will be a vendor in this pvp area that will sell relics/earpiece/implants for 1 credit. Let's start off with explaining Relics. Relics will still have the % chance of triggering Mastery/Crit/Power or other % triggering chances that relics have. PvP Relics will only have 2 stats, one stat at max, and the other stat at low. (Shield/Defense/Absorb relics/implants/earpieces can only be bought by tank disciplines so no more skank tanking). There will be a relic for every stat, for example High Power, High Endurance, High Power, High Alac, High Alac, High Crit etc I can go on forever. For Earpieces, they will have 3 stats. One high stat, one medium stat, and one low stat. Again, there will be a earpiece for every stat, so more variety for gearing. Implants will have 4 stats however, 2 high, and 2 low stats. implants will also have the same system of having every stat. The same rule of having only 1 earpiece, 2 implants, and 2 relics still apply. So those class BASE health can be changed by relics/implants/earpiece

7. Balance changes to classes. 5.0 fixed very little balance changes, and I won't even list everything that is balance wrong with classes in pvp as that could take awhile, so I'll leave that just here.

8. Quitter System. For every regular warzone and ranked warzone you leave, you get a timeout from queing. The max timeout you can get is if you leave matches consecutively, and the max timeout is 5 hours. The minimum timeout you can get is 5 minutes. Every match you quit you get a "Quitter Point". 1 quitter point can be removed by playing a complete match of a ranked or reg match. If you get a Quitter Point, that's a 5 minute timeout. For every other quitter point you get you get added 5 more minutes. So if you have 2 quitters points, you have 10 minutes, 5 you have 25 minutes, and so on.

9. Ranked PvP. Oh boy this'll be fun, let me first start off saying 4v4 Arenas have gotten very old and stale. 8v8 Ranked with OBJECTIVES would be much better. You might be wondering why I capped the word objectives, and the reason why is Star Wars pvp is a farm. "DUDE I GOT HIGHEST DMG/PROT/HEALING YOU ARE ALL TRASH TIER COMPARED TO ME." "Um, excuse me sir, it doesn't really matter because we lost the game, so your high stats really don't mean **** if we lost." Ranked 8v8 will need players to both do high damage/prot/healing and be wise and coordinated with doing objectives. For now, no Ranked 8v8 Huttballs, as some classes *cough* can absolutely cheat on that game mode.

10. A new Rating System for Ranked. The rating system for ranked honestly makes my brain cells commit suicide one by one, so I'll start off by stating an idea I had for awhile on how to improve it. First thing, there will be two separate ratings for Team Ranked and Solo Ranked like Bioware had, but no more numbers or 1400 rating or 2000 rating. instead, we will have Divisions. This new Divisions system I have in mind will ensure that only the most highly skilled players that know tactical coordination, positioning, leadership, and class skill will get rewarded for their efforts. There will be 10 divisions. Novice Division, Amateur Division, Knight Division, Snake Division, Shark Division, Dragon Division, Champion Division, Elite Division, Warlord Division, Legendary Division. How these divisions will work is that everyone will start off in Novice Division. In order to get out of Novice Division, you need 15 Stars in that Division. Stars can be obtained by winning games, and will be lost by losing games. If you win 3 in a row, you gain 2 stars instead of one, every game you win with the 3 win streak will still give you 2 stars instead of one. If you get into a losing streak of 3, you lose 2 stars in a row, every game you lose with the 3 losing streak will lose you 2 stars. Here's the list of all stars needed to cross Divisions.
Novice Division- 15 stars
Amateur Division- 20 stars
Knight Division- 25 stars
Snake Division- 30 stars
Shark Division- 35 stars
Dragon Division- 40 stars
Champion Division- 45 stars
Elite Division- 50 stars
Warlord Division-55 stars
Legendary Division- 100 stars
Jaws have dropped as you see 100 stars for Legendary Division. Like I said, this new system I have in mind will challenge players absolutely and will only let the most talented in. Let me explain how ques will work. Novice Division, Amateur Division, and Knight Division will be qued together. Meaning players from the three divisions will be qued together, and queing will not only be exclusive to your division. Same goes for Snake, Shark, Dragon divisions, they will be qued together. Champion, Elite, Warlord Divisions will be qued together, and Legendary will be its own que. As you rise up divisions, you can get booted back to a lower division. For example, once you reach 15 stars, and move onto Amateur Division, if you lose the next game you get sent back to Novice Division with 14 stars. This will be a pain and a lot of players will complain, but like I said, I want Ranked to actually be competitive.

11. Division Rewards. At the end of the season, you will be rewarded for the high grind that you pulled off. For people in Novice, Amateur, Knight Division you will be considered Tier 1, and players in these 3 divisions will only be able to access the Tier 1 Giradda Vendor. This Tier 1 Giradda Vendor will sell a Tier 1 title, Black-Silver Crystals, and Tier 1 Stronghold Items. Players who finish in the Novice Division at the end of the season will gain 5000 tokens, Amateur Division with 8000 tokens, Knight Division with 10,000 tokens. For players who finished in Tier 2 divisions which include Snake, Shark, Dragon divisions you will gain access to Tier 1 Giradda Vendor, and Tier 2 Giradda Vendor. Tier 2 Giradda Vendor will sell Tier 2 title, Black-Silver Crystals, Tier 2 Stronghold items, Cosmetic Armor Set. For players that finished in Snake at the end of the season, they will gain 13,000 tokens, Shark players will gain 15,000 tokens, Dragon players will gain 20,000 tokens. Players who finished in Tier 3 which include Champion, Elite, Warlord Divisions will gain access to the last Giradda Vendor which is Tier 3 Giradda Vendor. Champion, Elite, Warlord Divisions will gain access to all Tier Giradda Vendors. Tier 3 Giradda Vendor will have T3 title, Black-Silver Crystals, Tier 3 Stronghold Items, Cosmetic Armor Set, Cosmetic Weapon Set, Mount, Exclusive Gold crystals. Players who finish in Champion Division at the end of the season will gain 30,000 tokens, Elite will gain 40,000 tokens, and Warlord will gain 50,000 tokens. Legendary Division players will gain access to all 3 Giradda Vendors, and will be given 100,000 tokens at the end of the season, 20,000 more tokens will be given for players in Legendary Division based on the amount of times they repeated Legendary Division.

12. You might be wondering what that last sentence meant, about repeating Legendary Division. Once you reach the required amount which is 100 stars for Legendary Division, you can repeat that Division and get a +1 or +2 or +the number you repeated Legendary Division. The + system will determine Top 3 Advanced Class titles. You might guess that there might be a problem, if everyone gets +1 Legendary Division only as it's a grind to repeat Legendary Division, how will they pick Top 3 AC titles? If this is the case, the players who finished first, will get served first with the AC title.

13. Win-Trading is a huge *** problem in this game, so to fix this, Ranked Que for 8v8s, you will only be able to que with 4 people for 8v8s, and you can't que an entire ops team. This might piss off people at first, but it works as you will get paired with another 4 premade team. Also, the ques will be cross-server preventing even more shady stuff like win-trading to happen.

14. There will be no regional Cross-Server ques, NA Servers will only Cross-Server que with NA servers and EU servers will only Cross-Server que with EU servers.

15. 3-5 Developers making up a PvP Development Team. This PvP Development Team will exchange info on class changes and what they could do to balance the game, they will also LISTEN TO THEIR PLAYER COMMUNITY and will monitor the PvP Areas so players can whisper them if there is a known hacker spotted, or a known win-trader spotted.
