Dream Patch Notes

Here's some patch notes that I wish I would see, though I know it would never happen.

Class Balance: (Probably not perfect by any means, but it's something)

Operative
(Lethality)
-Quickening now makes Kolto Infustion's cast off the GCD
-Lethal Proliferation has been redesigned: Fragmentation Grenade now spreads Corrosive Dart to all targets it hits, as long as one target already has Corrosive Dart on them. If the primary target has Corrosive Dart on them, Fragmentation Grenade restores 5 energy on damage.
(Concealment)
-Surgical Strikes in addition causes Backstab to refresh the duration of Corrosive Dart.
-Shadow Operative Elite causes Exfiltrate to grant SUPERKOLTOPROBE(insert name here) Which causes Kolto Probe to be casted with a .5 sec GCD. Stacks up to 2 times.

Marauder
-Predation has been redesigned! Predation how has a one minute cooldown, costs 4 rage, and causes all group members within 40 meters to have a 50% increased movement speed for 10 seconds.
-Unbound has been redesigned! Whenever berserk is used, the active cooldown of Predation is reduced by 20 seconds. In addition Predation's movement speed is increased by an additional 20%, and it grants immunity to roots and movement impairing affects for the user only for 6 seconds.

-Force Camouflage can be used while stunned, but does not break the stun, and you can still be stuned while in force camo.
(I don't play my Mara all that much, so i don't have any spec specific changes)

Powertech
-The utility Overdrive has been replaced by Energy Rebounders.

(Pyrotech)
-Volatile Igniter now additionally causes flamethrower spreads Incendiary missile, and Scorch's dots to all targets if one of the targets is affected by that dot.
-Flame Barrage causes Immolate to give 2 charges.
-Flame Suit additionally causes Sonic Missile to grant a 30% damage reduction for 6 seconds (from all types of damage)
-Superheated Flamethrower's additionally increases the damage of flamethrower by 20% per stack (up from 15%)

(AP)
-the damage of Energy Burst and Thermal Detonator has been reduced slightly.
-Energy Rebounders has been removed! Instead Overdrive has been added at lv 52, giving Hydraulic Overrides an addition 20% speed boost while active.

Sniper
Orbital Strike has been buffed to it's pre-whateverpatchnerfedthisability state. (including damage, energy cost, and cast time.)

-Plasma Probes duration has been increased to 18 seconds.
-EMP discharge has been redesigned! It now instantly finishes the active cooldown of Covered Escape, Shield Probe, and Entrench cooldown 1Minute.
-Interrogation Probe has been redesigned! It can now be used on multiple targets.
-Engineer's tool belt has been redesigned! It now reduces the cooldown of Frag Grenade by 3 seconds, and if the primary target is affected by your Interrigation Probe it restores 5 energy.
-Inventive Interrogation Techniques now causes Frag grenade to spread Interrogation Probe to all enemies affected, as long as an enemy is already affected by Interrogation Probe.
-Energy Overrides also causes the use of Interrogation Probe to cause "Vulnerable" for 6 seconds on it's target. If someone with Vulnerable takes damage from Plasma Probe, they are stunned for 2 seconds. Vulnerable can only be applied once every 18 seconds.

Assassin
(Hatred)
-Dreadful Nightmares's affect has been reduced to 10%, down from 20%.
-imbibe only gives 15% health from Dots, and 50% increase healing from Death Field, and Leaching Strike.

Sorc
-Force Storm's cost has been increased to 150 force (up from 120)
-Tempest Mastery has been redesigned! It now reduces the Force cost of Force Storm by 30.
-Force Storm's damage has been reduced slightly.

(Also, i don't play my merc enough that i would know what changes are good for it, but i would like to see changes to give them better defensive. I feel jugs are fine. Yes i know these changes aren't perfect)

Galactic Starfighter/Galactic Strongholds
-Galactic Conquest has been redesigned! Now a guild with a guildship may invade a specific planet, based on the week. Invading a planet gives an "Anti-bolster" debuff for the guild while on that planet (Ill go into detail later abou Anti-bolster)
-In order to encourage more rivalry between factions, the leaderboards now are split between Empire and Republic (like taris and Balmorra does). The faction with the most overall points wins the GC, and the top 10 guilds of that faction get additional rewards.

For instance if the pub guilds who invaded quest has points of (1,000,000; 800,000; 400,000; 300,000 and 100,000 points) and the Imp Guilds had (900,000; 800,000; 760;000; 700,000; and 600,000) The Empire total would be 3.76 million, while to Pub total would be 2.6 million. So the Imps win, and the imp guild with 900,000 would get rewards, while the pubs would get heavily reduced rewards.

-Conquest Commanders have been redesigned! All outposts, except the "main base" has an unnamed commander. The main base has a named commander with a invincibility shield with charges equal to the number of alive unnamed commanders of the same faction.

-Guilds can now have GSF battle between their captital ships, with the loser having to defend in a voidstar-like warzone. The winner gets rewards.

GSF now has joystick controls, and has been rebalanced to make it more of a dogfight game than a "derp around until you get sniped by gunships"
