So seriously!! You got to be kidding!!!!

I played this game since beta, been to cantina events and have planned my late nights to this game since early release access and done about all the raids on every level....spent hundreds of dollars for TeamSpeak server for my guild and lost a few months of sleep staying on and playing this game!!!

Then came this expansion....tons of lag, ability delay, UI bug in GSF and lower subscriptions of quality players making raids less enjoyable and harder to recruit. After all the "set backs" and "glitches" then comes "THE EXPLOIT" We all know what it is by now and hundreds and thousands of people have used it and BIOWARE's lil man posted this !!!

The exploit has been going on since December as well as the PVP illegal bolster for ship upgrades....a post was made about the illegal bolster and they erased it!!! So when the intelligent players, or should I say "sneaky" players spread the exploit "THEY" wanna get mad and start banning people!! Which so far is pretty much HALF the community!!!

If Bioware wants to continue this pace of actions, they are writing their own death sentence....I guarantee not only will they lose over the 80% of subs that they ban.... their numbers are going to drop to the point of the death of the game!!

I post this in hopes a Dev sees this and takes my advice to heart!!! You want your job as well as the people who you have worked with the past few years to keep their jobs, do this!!

1.) Fix the lag!! The Shadowlands server lag is a sorry excuse of an MMO service!!! No apologies was made when our server crashed and was placed on a back-up server and made the game UNPLAYABLE!! Playing on any large planets is like playing on dial-up...player warps, ability lag, GSF ships warping and 3 ability rotations in PVP going for naught cause you died to other people's attack while your's lags out, and when the server catches up, you're dead and your target never got scratched!

2.)The current "EXPLOIT"....fix it and let whoever used the exploit be flagged and warned!! Banning these accounts will lose half your money coming in from subscriptions. These are the hard core players who care enough to SUB in the first place and recruit half the non-subs!! The "Exploit" should be about even or little less than even for all the bugs, server lag and glitches WE ALL have had to put up with since 3.0!! And the players who played @ launch and early release had more problems to over come than this expansion.....and you lost over half of those subs in 4 months!!!

Fix these things and the players will come back and not leave after being banned!! I hate to see half my server get banned and who knows how many on other servers......you messed up, you got caught...fix it and move on before you kill the game by banning people!! ( Ought to be a hell of performance review.... " Yeah, we messed up people exploited it and we got mad and banned the accounts and lost half of our subscription base")

Since these seem to be the main stream problems since 3.0 I'll leave off from here until something else major appears!! Good luck to all the exploiters, hopefully this doesn't mean the end of your game, and to all those people who are trudging through the lag like myself, hang in there surely there is light @ the end of the tunnel...soon!!
