Recently in a guild meeting there has been a few issues regarding to how the game is thus far, even though we had encouraged them to talk on here and share their thoughts, I thought it would be a good idea to share this with the community and elaborate on your own thoughts as well. There were some things being said that had gotten some of the members confused and thought to have this out there for you all to see and share your own thoughts as well.



1. The guidelines on how Conquest Achievements are earned are at the moment quite ambiguous, because with the information on there is not100% clear perhaps it would be good to have a wizard/tutorial explaining it in more depth or have knowledge article on it to clear this up.



Key points

a. Clear guidelines on how guild conquest rewards are rewarded. That is, where as one guild get rewards for not having a ship, while another guild who has the guild ship does not get the rewards.

b. Expand the top ten on planets so even the smaller guilds can earn guild rewards

c. Need other ways to gather rare materials for the ship plans and frameworks.



2. Customer Service needs to be revised, there is some serious needs of improvement concerning around response times to tickets, and the consistency in their responses. Some people had been finding that Customer Service reps are very helpful whilst others were not so helpful at all, sounds like a communication barrier and time management needs to be lifted



3. Balance out the New Tacticals and Flashpoints with concerns that one faction being harder than the other to run and complete such Tactical/Flashpoints, if you want to make the mechanics difficult you need to have that consistent on the new content. Therefore there is no need for Tacticals like Korriban and Tython to appear so lame, otherwise gets dull and boring



4. PvP and GSF (Galactic Starfighter) concerns as members feel that when jumping into an arena, and finding themselves that they were getting owned by the other team because of the other team were unbalanced with gear and stats, there should be a way to filter the groups to be evenly balanced for each of the matches



5. In strongholds, were as it is being marketed as a place to show off your collections of either pets or vehicles. Need to remove the limits on how pets are perceived as NPC's to be able to show off the player's full collections of both pets and vehicles.



6. Improve drop rates of rare crafting materials for rich companion gathering missions.



7. We are loving the new graphics settings and the better quality of the game however we are finding a few things that need to be fixed on it. Improve Armour sets while being either unmounted or mounted on speeders/mounts, and casting abilities. Furthermore any game mechanics throughout the fights for all Flashpoints, Tacticals, Operations, PvP and GSF matches would need to revised and fixed as well. The handling of the weapons of both sides would need to be fixed as well



8. Make all body types fit through all the same gaps as body type 1 and 2's, or look into the idea of characters being able to crouch through areas that your character could not get through.



9. Balance out the dailies with concerns to one faction being harder than the other to run and complete said dailies.



10. Fix all known graphic glitches with all weapons, armor graphics and ability casts.
