I just wanted to express my gratitude for this. For resolution, my HK-51 quest was taken to the next stage (Alert: Hostiles Imminent!) even though I was a couple of parts short for completion on the previous stage and this seemed to be a fair fix to the problem of having my HK-51 quest reset to the beginning.
I fairly dreaded the prospect of having to repeat it all over again especially when Hoth gave me so much trouble that it took me a total of three hours for that part alone (all the other parts took about 30 minutes to an hour each). I only recently was motivated to do this quest chain (I started last week) so I was mortified to see it reset after all the time and credits I had just invested. I was tempted to just say the heck with it and give it up (who knows how long it would have taken for me to get motivated and try to do it again) but I decided to be patient and give CS a try and opened a ticket. I have to say I am a satisfied customer.
