Why are our Rakata Set bonuses so useless
come on 15 seconds on a 3 minute coodown and 1 rage reduction to vicious throw

Dots are useless in pvp
Dots tick way too slow with sage/inquisitor. Many classes can remove dots. You dots can hurt someone if you put all of them in one target who cannot.....
Operative/Scoundrel = useless classes in pve and pvp after the 2x nerf
