A request: Please *read* my tickets.
Let me preface this by saying I understand that Bioware has no doubt been flooded with tickets about names and losing them, and they're no doubt sick.....
Customer Service not reading tickets... again.
I know I've posted this before, but I have another example of the WONDERFUL CSRs lack of reading comprehension. Here is my original ticket:

So subscribers who ran into that subscription bug can file tickets...
... but you don't handle those too gracefully. Friend of mine had one of those failed subscription attempts, but somehow the in-game UI allowed him.....

I've opened 2 tickets about incorrect Cartel Coin subscriber rewards being posted to my account. I get that seemingly everyone is having this.....
Unable to close or update in game tickets.
I currently have two tickets opened that are no longer required. As the title of this thread says, I'm unable to close them myself.
