Why was it removed in the first place? I can understand disabling it for ranked and I agree with keeping it disabled for that, but what's the harm in regs? Only allow it before the match starts if you..

i know many where debating about respeccing in WZ's, but i think if you are allowed to only respecc utility points in WZ's preparation time, it is a good deal...so you can't respecc to heal..
