Allowing sprint or leap while carrying the ball is only loop-siding the game.
Can't help to think the game was designed more around positioning.....
Apparently some confusion about hutball...
You do not gain more coms for winning 6-0 fast.
You gain more coms for badges win or lose.
If however you gain a lot of badges and win 6-0 yes.....

Usefull hutball skills need spreading out
Most utility skills seem to be available to 2 AC's. Stealth, knockback, charge, force speed, offensive pull.
