Are there any Curved Hilt Lightsabers that republic side Jedi can use or is it Empire only? I googled and it said check the Balmorra vendor but there.....

Why does force users elite war hero's hilts have less stats ?
Looking at the elite war hero gear :
Every armoring has 39 main stat / 39 endurance / 50 expertise.
Every barrel has 39 main stat / 39.....
