People are missing the bigger picture, this happened all the time on Rwookrorro about a month or so after launch. There has to be people queueing.....

On the imperial side on tomb of freedom nadd level 55 warzones aint filling with 8 players, the last 4 warzones have had no more than 6 imp.....
