i think i figure out why my system is rebooting
I've notice that anytime i start up my system and run system mechanic it finds 50 registry errors. I have the program fix the errors. Then I rerun.....

Pretty sure your problem with character transfers has something to do with the Closed Public Test server vs. the Open Public Test server.
