put all your resources on making sure this never happens again, i create this thread to let you know how terrible and frustrating this "bug" or whatever is, simply too big, this costed you, is costing..
Trouble dowloading game update patch 3.3.1

When I log on to my account, and let the launcher try to download the 3.3.1 game patch, it says "initializing" for a little time, and shortly thereafter it says "This application has encounter..

What is this download a video? i can't cancel it, there's no button... I can't only pause it. I tried re-opening the launcher and there it is again, then after downloading, it's downloading a new vide..
