More Clarity from Bioware, in general / Headpieces
I really am having a hard time understanding what's going on with Bioware... There are a multitude of issues I've had and gotten very minimal.....
Has anybody tried Aclarity for a Merc Arsenal?
OK this is just a thought......... Given that the class is a bit soft and toothless would stacking as much Aclarity as would be reasonable, don't.....

as you can see xpac 3.0 aclarity speed down the global cooldown , will we need to stack aclarity now ?
dots get faster tick, and any melee will get their strong hard hitting skill much faster now due..
