not sure where to put this but mental alacrity is suppose to grant immunity to interupts, I would consider a stun a interupt. is this skill working.....

Does alacrity affect the tick rate of damage/heal over time or just the channeling time?
A bit of context would be useful, I guess. I have a seer.....
