Game won't start after clicking "start" on launcher

I've read all the previous (numerous) threads concerning this issue, but still the game won't load.
This is what happens :
I open swtor and enter user + password
laucher loads (red bar) th..
Unable to press "Start" button after the update
I`ve got some troubles after getting the latest update.
The laucnher says, that update is downloaded and installed, and shows status bar message " Installing 100% Updating Complete"
